Hardscape & landscape
Patios and
landscaping
Stone, pavers, and grading done so it still sits flat in ten years. Base prep is most of the job and it is the part nobody ever sees.
Patios & walkways
Bluestone, flagstone, and paver, with belgian block borders and steps. Excavated to depth, compacted in lifts, and set on a base that holds through a freeze.
Drainage & grading
French drains, downspout lines, and regrading. Trenched, sleeved, and pitched so water leaves the foundation instead of standing against it.
Lawns & putting greens
New sod, seed, and synthetic putting surfaces. Old turf comes out and the grade gets set before anything new goes down.
Landscape lighting
Low voltage path, step, and accent lighting. Runs are buried and sleeved so the yard still reads after dark, for years.
Fire pits & gravel patios
Stone fire rings, gravel seating areas, and cobble edging. This is the part of the yard that still gets used in October.
Beds & planting
Bed shaping, block and cobble edging, mulch, shrubs, and tree rings. Beds are cut to hold their line and planted to fill in without crowding.
Interior work
Interior
remodeling
Bathrooms, floors, and millwork. Layout is set before the first tile goes down, so the lines meet in the corner.
Bathrooms
Full gut renovations. Waterproofing, large format tile, glass, vanities, and fixtures, with the tile layout set before the first cut.
Flooring
Hardwood, chevron and herringbone, tile, and refinishing. Patterns are dry laid and centered on the room before anything is fastened down.
Trim & millwork
Fireplace surrounds, wall paneling, wainscot, crown, and casing, scribed to the walls the house actually has.
Garage build-outs
Epoxy floors, NewAge Bold Series cabinets, and slat wall panel systems. Finished to the same standard as the rooms inside the house.
Painting & staining
Interior, exterior, and deck refinishing. Prep, patching, and priming take the hours. Color is the last step and the shortest one.
Kitchens
Cabinets, counters, sinks, and tile backsplash. Runs are set level to the cabinets rather than to a wall that was never square.
Year round
Property care,
season by season
A yard stops looking finished the moment it stops being kept up. We stay on through the seasons so the work holds its edge.
Spring cleanup
Bed cleanout, fresh edging, mulch, the first cut, and shrubs shaped before they push new growth.
Planting
Trees, shrubs, and perennials, with tree rings and edging cut around them. Fall is the better window for anything that has to root before winter.
Lawn & grounds
Mowing on a set day each week, weed control, hedge and tree trimming, and beds kept clean between visits.
Exterior wash
Siding, outdoor windows, and gutters washed down once the pollen is finished and before the leaves start.
Fall cleanup
Leaf removal, final cuts, gutters cleared after the drop, and beds cut back and put down for the winter.
Snow removal
Driveway, walkways, and salting on a season contract. Routes are set in October and run in storm order.
Booking now
Fall fills up before the leaves do.
Cleanup routes and snow contracts are set before the season starts, not during it. Get on the list now and your driveway is covered before the first storm.

No sales visit
If photos are enough, we price from photos. A site visit happens when the job needs one, not to sell you.
