Okay. I can't do that with a straight face.

Tim, founder of Castlehead

Hi, I'm Tim. I'm the guy behind the curtain at Castlehead. A real person, based in Pompton Lakes, with a real phone number that I actually answer. When you work with Castlehead, you're working with me.

The road here

Before this, I spent over a decade inside growing businesses. I started on the floor selling, learned from great operators, and ended up building the machinery behind the scenes: sales systems, operations playbooks, CRM implementations, the marketing and follow-up flows that turn a lead into a customer and a customer into a regular. What I learned is that helping people and growing revenue aren't competing goals. Done right, they're the same thing.

I also grew up watching my father build a fire protection company from one truck into something real over thirty years. I know what a small business costs the person running it. That's who I build for.

What finally pushed me to start Castlehead was frustration. I kept watching good businesses run on grit, fighting the same fires every week, while obvious wins sat on the table. Not because the owners weren't smart. They're some of the sharpest people I know. It's because learning and setting up this stuff is a full-time job, and they already have one. So that became my job. I figure it out. You run your business.

What I actually do for you

I sell for you.

Your website isn't decoration, it's your hardest working employee. Every page I build is designed to turn visitors into customers.

I build custom.

No templates. A restaurant shouldn't look like a gym, and neither should look like anyone else. I have a background in drawing and design, and it shows up in the work.

I handle the annoying stuff.

Missed calls, bookings, waivers, follow-ups. The busywork sitting between you and revenue gets automated, and you never have to touch the tech.

The tools

And yes, AI is all over this work. I'm not shy about that, I'm excited about it. These tools are the biggest leg up small businesses have ever been offered, and they're how a small company like mine can deliver what used to take an agency. I don't hand the work off and I don't pretend the tools aren't there. We build in partnership: I bring the vision, the taste, and the understanding of your business, and the tools multiply what I can do. That partnership is the whole point of Castlehead. It's exactly what I want to set up for you.

About the name

I play chess with my son. The rook has always been my favorite piece, so when he started calling it a castle head, every time he said it I couldn't stop smiling. When this company needed a name, Castlehead came to mind and it just felt like the perfect fit.

The rook is simple and strong. Nothing flashy, just the piece that shows up strongest when the game is on the line. Good name for what I'm trying to build here.
