SMS / Text Messaging Program

Businesses that use Castlehead receive our lead automation service, which sends text messages to customers who have initiated contact — for example, by calling the business's phone number. By calling or texting a participating business, you consent to receive text messages from that business related to your inquiry, such as follow-ups to missed calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.

• Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to your number.
• Get help by replying HELP to any message, or by contacting us at the email address below.
• Messages are conversational and related to your inquiry. We do not send promotional message blasts to numbers that have not contacted a participating business.

No Sale or Sharing of SMS Consent Data

Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent information are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
