Our Services

Castlehead provides website design, online marketing, and AI-powered lead automation services to small businesses. Our lead automation platform sends and receives text messages on behalf of participating businesses to help them respond to missed calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments.

SMS Terms

By calling or texting a business that uses Castlehead's platform, you agree to receive conversational text messages from that business related to your inquiry.

• Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Website and automation plans are sold on a monthly or an annual basis. Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed for twelve months in advance at a reduced monthly rate.

You may cancel at any time. On a monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and partial months are not refunded.

On an annual plan, we refund the full months remaining in your term that have not yet begun, less the standard setup and build fee that was waived when you signed up. If no setup and build fee was waived, no deduction is made. Any month already underway is not refunded.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Your plan and all included services continue until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are locked at the rate in effect when you sign up and do not increase for as long as your plan stays active.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content; to interfere with or disrupt the services; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Appointments and Business Relationships

Appointments scheduled through our platform are between you and the business you contacted. Castlehead provides the scheduling and communication technology but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the services that business provides to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on castlehead.ai — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Castlehead LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castlehead LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
